PRODUCTION PROCESS

Norse-MPC is a marine protein concentrate based on category 3 by-product of salmon mixed with 2 % formic acid. By hydrolyzing the silage with the natural enzymes of the fish, the proteins are split and thereby increasing the feed value. It has a high protein digestion with a very stabile amino acid and fatty combination. As a result of heat treatment, low pH and antioxidants, Norse-MPC is very stable for storage.

APPLICATIONS

Norse-MPC is used as a feeding supplement for fish, pigs, poultry, pets and fur animals. It is an excellent protein source in fish feed (excluding salmon feed). Norse-MPC is in liquid form with a dry matter ingredient of approx. 50 %. The product contains proteins with good technical properties. This gives improved pellet quality when used as additive in dry feed.
